Peer to Peer Support

Peer to peer support creates linkages of different Women, Peace and Security advocates from different contexts. Drawing from lessons-learned, networks can generate reciprocated dialogue in which information, advice, and much-needed support could be received by communities both inside and outside of Afghanistan. This category will help facilitate multi-country networks by linking them with women activists from other countries who have been part of negotiations processes.

The proposed initiative must:

• Demonstrate a dialogue between peers inside and outside of Afghanistan;
• Address local challenges through lessons-learned from other countries in the region; and
• Have key beneficiaries of the project from communities from more than one country.
