Social Innovation

This category aims to support organizations working on social innovation projects on Women, Peace and Security (WPS). Social innovation can include the use of either new technologies, and/or traditional ideas revitalized to create social changes in communities. An example of this is art installations in community parks to reflect on the legacy of the conflict for community healing.

The proposed initiative must:

• Provide clear and concise innovation concept;
• Demonstrate how the concept addresses Women, Peace and Security concerns; and
• Have key beneficiaries of the project at local level.
